The Journey of the Ready Writer

A Call Accepted
A call accepted as a young teenager, not knowing in totality the sacrifice of the call.
God has appointed apostles, prophets, teachers; then miracles, gifts of healings, helps, administrations, and various kinds of tongues. I find myself as a member of the Body of Christ, amongst my brethren, administering and functioning through these gifts as the Father wills.
I was called. I accepted the call.
And blessed are those who have been persecuted for righteousness’ sake.
My heart indites a good matter, and my tongue is the pen of a ready writer. I am simply a humble vessel who embraces and accepts the Father’s ear to hers—to hear and to write what is upon the heart of the Father: to heal, to restore, to root up, and to plant.
The apostles being called and prepared for the work of the Kingdom are also mothers, teachers, caregivers, construction workers, and people serving faithfully in ordinary places. The call is not confined to a platform or a pulpit. We are members of one Body, appointed for the work of the Kingdom of God.
Grace extended to you, your family, and your church.

The Books Within Me
There are books within me that have been carried through seasons of faith, obedience, healing, revelation, and becoming. Each one holds a different part of the journey and a different assignment.
I do not write simply to produce books. I write to preserve what has been entrusted to me—to give language to what has been lived, revealed, healed, and taught along the way.
Some writings tell the story. Some bring healing. Some teach. Some awaken. And some are still waiting for their appointed time to be written.
These are more than books on a shelf. They are evidence that what God places within us is meant to be brought forth.

The Pen of a Ready Writer

“My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.”
— Psalm 45:1, KJV
The indigo rose and the pen are part of my spiritual history and the beginning of Write Your Letters.
The indigo rose came to me in a dream, along with my hand holding a pen with a blue feather. What I saw in the dream would later become part of the imagery you see throughout these pages.
And then came the instruction:
“Write your letters.”
Those were the words given to me. Nothing more.
When I write, I am speaking. Through the pen, I teach, encourage, edify, correct, and share what has been placed upon my heart. My tongue is the pen of a ready writer.
